We only offer Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check, or Cash as forms of payment. No Credit Cards or PayPay allowed as forms of payment.

Once payment is received, we will await for your instructions on how you would like to receive the title. Most of our clients are okay with USPS Priority Mail with tracking information provided. Some clients like us to hold the title until they come pickup the vehicle and we hand over the title in person.

Disclaimer for World Cars International, Inc. Used Car Sales At World Cars International, Inc., all vehicle sales are conducted strictly on an AS-IS basis, without any warranties, expressed or implied. Under Florida law and federal regulations, we are required to disclose known defects and provide accurate odometer readings, but it is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and its condition before completing the purchase. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have been given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle or have had a third party inspect it on their behalf. World Cars International, Inc. does not offer any guarantees or warranties on the mechanical condition or performance of used vehicles after the sale. Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By engaging in the purchase of a vehicle from World Cars International, Inc., the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below. This agreement is binding upon completion of the purchase. The buyer understands that World Cars International, Inc. cannot be held liable for any damages incurred during the shipping of the vehicle. Any issues related to shipping must be addressed directly with the third-party shipping company, as they are not affiliated with World Cars International, Inc. Additionally, World Cars International, Inc. will not be held liable for any repairs or mechanical issues that arise after the vehicle has been driven off the lot. The buyer assumes full responsibility for any future repairs or costs related to the vehicle once it has left our premises. AS-IS Disclaimer for Used Vehicles: All vehicles sold by World Cars International, Inc. are sold AS-IS, meaning that World Cars International, Inc. makes no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, as to the condition or performance of the vehicle. By purchasing the vehicle, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are accepting the vehicle in its current condition, without any expectation of future repairs, mechanical service, or support from World Cars International, Inc. after the sale. No Implied Warranties: In accordance with Florida Statutes Section 672.316, all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly disclaimed. The buyer understands that they are purchasing the vehicle without any promise of the vehicle's performance or condition and are responsible for any repairs or issues that may arise post-sale. AS-IS Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act: The sale of this vehicle AS-IS complies with the provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a federal law regulating warranties on consumer products. No warranty, express or implied, is made by World Cars International, Inc. and the vehicle is sold with all faults, known or unknown, as of the date of the sale. Buyer’s Responsibility for Inspection: The buyer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting the vehicle prior to purchase and agrees to accept the vehicle in its current condition. World Cars International, Inc. encourages buyers to seek independent third-party inspections if they are unsure of the vehicle’s condition, as the sale is final upon signing the bill of sale and no further recourse or warranty claims will be entertained. Waiver of Legal Action: By signing the bill of sale, the buyer agrees to waive the right to sue or seek legal action against World Cars International, Inc. or its representatives in any court of law for claims related to the condition, performance, or any post-sale issues concerning the vehicle. The buyer understands and agrees that the purchase is final, and any future disputes will not be subject to litigation. The buyer further acknowledges that this waiver is a binding legal agreement and part of the sale conditions. Responsibility for Legal Fees: If the buyer takes any legal action against World Cars International, Inc. or its representatives despite agreeing to waive such actions, and a court finds in favor of World Cars International, Inc., the buyer agrees to be responsible for any and all legal fees and court costs incurred by World Cars International, Inc. in defending the action. This includes, but is not limited to, attorney’s fees, court costs, and any related expenses. eBay Buyer Protection Program: The eBay Buyer Protection Program for vehicles is a third-party service and is in no way associated with World Cars International, Inc., either in writing or verbally, in relation to our terms of sale and purchase agreement. Any buyer utilizing the eBay Buyer Protection Program to seek restitution for damages or make themselves whole must take such matters up directly with eBay. World Cars International, Inc. has no affiliation with the eBay Buyer Protection Program and cannot be held liable for any decisions or claims made through this service. Buyers Guide and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Used Car Rule: As required by the FTC Used Car Rule, a Buyers Guide has been displayed on every vehicle offered for sale by World Cars International, Inc. The buyer acknowledges receipt of this guide and understands that the vehicle is being sold AS-IS, with no warranties from the dealer. Odometer Disclosure: In compliance with the Federal Odometer Act (49 U.S.C. Chapter 327), World Cars International, Inc. has provided the buyer with the required odometer disclosure. The buyer acknowledges receipt of this disclosure and understands that World Cars International, Inc. is not liable for any odometer discrepancies unless caused by the dealership. Implied Warranties: All implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. The buyer agrees that they are purchasing the vehicle AS-IS, with no expectation of further claims related to the vehicle’s condition, except for those specifically provided for by law. Note on Pickup and Shipping: The responsibility for picking up or shipping the vehicle lies solely with the buyer. While we can assist in identifying potential third-party shipping companies to transport your vehicle, these companies are independent and have no affiliation with World Cars International, Inc. We do not assume any responsibility for the services or reliability of these third-party providers, and any arrangements made are strictly between the buyer and the shipping company. Dealer Fees: Please note that dealer fees may apply to the purchase of any vehicle. Under Florida Statutes Section 501.976(18), all dealer fees must be disclosed clearly in the purchase agreement and are non-refundable. These fees are added for processing, documentation, and administrative purposes and must be agreed to by the buyer prior to purchase. If financing is involved, please note that your loan agreement does not alter the AS-IS nature of the sale. By signing the purchase agreement, the buyer acknowledges full understanding of the AS-IS condition, the receipt of the Buyers Guide, the odometer disclosure, the potential dealer fees, and waives any claims or legal actions against World Cars International, Inc. regarding the vehicle's condition, performance, future repairs, or shipping arrangements. The buyer also agrees to be held responsible for all legal fees should they take legal action in violation of this agreement.
